                A.F.S
                Mk II
              Mercenary
Troops Armored Fighting Suit Mk II,

The prototype AFS developed by Flare Furmer, a mechanical engineer,
attacked an armed transport of Shutoral troops in mid-June, 2883.

This was the first win of the A.F.S.
                An innovative new tactical weapon,
                it overwhelmed ordinary troops.
The elite Mercenary troops put the A.F.S
into service immediately and it was the primary weapon of those
troops until the Super A.F.S prototype was completed in December
                2883.
The A.F.S was a core component of the Mercenary forces.
